Yes, you have the option to pay a one-time fee as low as $299 in place of a security deposit if approved.
Can I break my lease for a job transfer?
Yes, you can break your lease for job transfers more than 50 miles, military service, and hospice care, and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
What happens if I eventually need a different size apartment?
You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.
How do I break my lease to buy a house?
You can break your lease to buy a house at any point in your residency. Just use one of our preferred real estate agents and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
Do you offer moving truck discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount through Penske when you schedule online here.
Do you offer furniture discounts?
Yes, you can rent or purchase furniture through our partnership with Cort.
What happens if I have an urgent service request outside of office hours?
Ribbon Place offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.

Pets are only permitted in the Residences, and are not permitted in student apartments. The community allows a maximum of two pets per apartment with no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and be spayed or neutered.

Yes. Pet costs include a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet.
